During your child’s first visit to BAC Kids, we’ll ask you for some information that helps us serve you to the best of our ability and prioritize safety. Rather than complete this information the day of your first visit, you can pre-register below to make your first check-in experience quicker and easier!

This form only needs to be completed once. After your information is in our database, check-in is as simple as typing your last name! Our volunteers will be happy to show you how check-in works and where to go. We can’t wait to see you in BAC Kids!
